There is no question that the administrative profession is one of the most rapidly changing career fields in the world today. As an executive assistant, administrative assistant, secretary, receptionist or person in another type of administrative position, you are faced with continuous advancement in technology and communication and increased demand for leadership skills, and it can difficult to know where to turn to gain the skills and knowledge you need.
IAAP membership provides you with access to monthly education sessions, the opportunity to attend national and international conferences designed specifically for administrative professionals and support to obtain the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designations that are specific to the administrative profession, and the unique opportunity to network with other administrative professionals within the Greater Moncton Area.
